2008 PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM AND FLYER
  Early Registration fee of $60 ends April 30; thereafter Regular Registration fee will be $75 

Fall 2008 Early Registration Fee is $60.
Fee and completed form, with uniform size noted, should be mailed to:

New players must also attach copy of birth certificate.
Regular Registration Fee is $75 for all registrations postmarked after April 30.

The Leeward American Youth Soccer Organization Region 269 is a non-profit, all-volunteer youth organization, providing youth soccer programs since 1980 to the boys and girls of Oahu's Leeward Coast in the communities of: Kapolei, Makakilo, Waianae, Makaha, Maili, Nanakuli, Honokai Hale, Ko Olina, Barbers Point and Iroquois Point.
